This project involved the adaptive re-use of a disused retail unit with 1st floor offices.

Planning permission was granted to convert this disused building to create a bright new 1 bedroom apartment with private outdoor courtyard space at ground floor and a spacious 2 bedroom apartment with roof garden at 1st floor level.

The roof garden, with stunning panoramic views of Dun Laoghaire pier and Dublin Bay, is accessed thanks to the addition of a new stairs at 1st floor level leading up to a new glazed lobby at roof garden level.
