The existing 1970's detached two storey dwelling is located in the Park Avenue estate in Castleknock.

The brief called for the complete renovation and upgrade of the existing house to include underfloor heating throughout the ground floor, completely new plumbing and electrics, insulation throughout and a new open plan Kitchen / Dining / Living Room extension opening out onto a large sized South facing rear garden.

The new extension connects seamlessly with the rear garden thanks to the large minimal frame triple sliding glass doors and the kitchen area is brightly lit thanks to the 5m long frameless glass rooflight.
